Peter is assistant director of research at the Youth Endowment Fund. His role includes managing £8 million in education grants and developing funding strategy and operations. Much of his work focuses on behaviour change within society.

Renovating his property absorbs a lot of his time. To relax, Peter takes every opportunity to  get out on his bike and to go climbing.
